Obituary of "Herb" Alexander

On May 9th, 2017 in the city of oshawa Herbert Joseph Alexander passed away peacefully after a long and lengthy illness, surrounded by those who loved him. Herb is survived by his loving wife Maureen, his two daughters Serena and Heather,  son Matthew, 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and many others who lovingly called him grandpa, as well as his brothers Dave and Ron and his sister Alma. Herb will be sorely missed by all . His kind , giving nature and passion towards life was a joy to all who knew him.

Rest peacefully my love until we meet again in the eternities.

Please join us on Saturday, May 20, 2017 for visiting from 9:45 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (632 Thornton Road North at Rossland, Oshawa). A Funeral Service for Herb will be 11 a.m. with burial to follow at Union Cemetery, Oshawa (760 King St. West, Oshawa).
