Obituary of Kimmo Petri Hyytiainen

We are heartbroken to announce the sudden passing of our Kimmo. His quick wit, kindness and larger than life personality resonates amongst us and he will remain in our hearts forever. Kimmo will be remembered for his love of gourmet cooking, his music and his dabbles into photography. Kimmo loved his family fiercely, his friends meant the world to him and he lived life to the fullest. His kind and gentle soul will live on through his beloved children.

Kimmo passed away suddenly on September 11, 2017 at the age of 44. He will be missed by the love of his life Vicky and their two young children Alexander and Jax; his parents Erkki and Ritva; his step-mother Anne; his sister and brother-in-law Jaana and Michael; his niece and nephew Maija and Erik; his mother-in-law Helen; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Michael and Mary; his niece and nephew Anthony and Kaitlyn and his many relatives in Finland.

Kimmo's life will be celebrated on Saturday September 16, 2017 at the Agricola Finnish Lutheran Church located at 25 Old York Mills Road (Yonge and York Mills), Toronto at 10:30 am. Refreshments will be served, following this onsite.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Alex's and Jax' Registered Education Savings plan may be made via the Finnish Credit Union. Exact details on how to do so are listed below.
