Obituary of Helena Luniewska

Helena Luniewska died peacefully on November 26, 2017 at 86 years of age. Helena was a strong and caring woman who was loved deeply by those around her. She was the mother of Jolanta (Andrew), Miroslaw, and grandmother of Diana, Dominik and Klaudia.

Special thank you to Dorothy Ley Hospice, Heart House Hospice, Trillium Hospital, The McCall Centre for Continuing Care and Princess Margaret Hospital for helping Helena during the past few months. 

Please celebrate her life with us on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 for Vigil Prayers to be recited at 11:15 a.m. at the eco Life Celebration Centre-Sandalwood Chapel of St. John's Dixie Cemetery (737 Dundas St. East, at Cawthra, Mississauga).

A brief intermission will take place before inviting you back to the Chapel for her Funeral Liturgy without Mass to be held at 1:30 p.m.

The Rite of Committal will follow at Meadowvale Cemetery (7732 Mavis Road, Brampton, north of the 407).
