In Loving Memory of Lilla Puckett Lilla passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at the age of 61. She will be remembered by her mother Jolan Liptak, sons Michael (Robert) & David Gacek as well as all who knew her. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and private family services will follow. In her memory, donations may be made to Sick Kids Hospital Foundation.
