Obituary of Leonora Souci Rojas
In memory of our beloved mother, sister and grandmother, Maria Souci Rojas
She was one of the most beautiful souls one could ever meet. An inspiring, brave and loving woman, who overcame many obstacles in her life. Although she experienced many hardships, she kept fighting like a courageous soldier. She was always so compassionate towards others, showing her unconditional love, generosity and kindness and putting other people's needs before hers. She taught us to love and to forgive and for many of us, she was our friend. She was very sensitive, caring, helpful and liked dancing and writing poems. She enjoyed life and had a good sense of humour and she always managed to brighten our days even when her days were not as bright. She had many health issues and went through many surgical procedures and treatments. She was a woman of faith and a true believer in Jesus Christ who gave her the strength to keep going.
Timothy 2 chapter 4 versus 7 - 8 says "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not only me but also to all who have loved His appearing". Now she's in a much better place reaping her rewards of the spiritual treasures she sowed on earth.
Thank you for loving us with your unconditional love. We were truly blessed to have you in our lives. We will treasure in our hearts our fondest memories of you until we reunite again. Our dear Soucita, we will miss you very much and we will always love you.
May you rest in peace in God's presence.
We invite you to share your memories, photos and stories of her life here at her memorial web page.
