Our sweet Grandma. Or as some may know as “Jennifer”
Words can’t express the impact you put on our lives.
These past few months have been hard but you showed resilience, grace and courageousness.
We will never forget the memories made together. You meant everything to us.
We will miss your jokes, texting about sports games when we couldn’t be together and as Ryan would say, your first pumps.
Avery says she will miss all the Fortinos shopping trips you took together before her sleep overs at GaGa’s.
I will miss talking and watching Raptors with you. I will always remember the Christmas game in 2019, when the raptors lost bad, but you kept on cheering them on until the end, even though I was not a happy camper about it. That alone teaches us who you were. You took every situation and made it a positive one.
You had your own unique relationship with everyone in the family, and always made each one of us so special to you in our own ways.
Grandma raised two incredible children, one of which I’m lucky to call my Mom (in law).
She showed so much strength and resilience through this tough time, all while putting on a smile and giving all the love she had to give, so Grandma and the rest of the family were okay. We are so lucky to have you <3… An Earth Angel
Grandma, Your last words to me were I love you, a moment I will forever cherish and I promise that we will love you eternally, endlessly, and speak of you always as we know you you will be there.
Those special memories of you
will always bring a smile
if only we could have you back
for just a little while
Then we could sit and talk again
just like we used to do
you always meant so very much
and always will do too
The fact that you're no longer here
will always cause us pain
but you're forever in our hearts
until we meet again
Love You Grandma / Oma
A sister to be so very proud of…no obstacle could keep Gloria down, she always saw the positive side of things AND always wore a room catching smile.
Always in my heart and in my thoughts xoxo
