Obituary of May Lai King
When May Lai King came on this earth, they broke the mold after her birth. A perfect angel we were told. With a beaming smile, a heart of gold. She led by example all her life. A Model Daughter, Mother and Wife.
Her infectious laugh and distinctive voice always warmed a room and broke the ice. If you met her you would know the care and affection she would show. She would shower you with hugs and love and give helpful advice you hadn’t thought of.
She escaped by boat to achieve freedom. Not afraid to die for what she believed in, to forge a new life and make new friends and love and cherish them until the end. She was caring and she was kind with a strong will and a sharp mind. She broke our hearts when she passed away, but left a legacy of love and faith.
