Obituary of Cecile Marie Martin

1948-2023

Was born to Rene Latour and Constance Bertrand. With heavy hearts, we sadly announce her passing. Cecile leaves behind many family members and friends who she loved dearly and kept close to her heart.

Please celebrate Cecile's life with us on Thursday, February 23, 2023 with visiting at 1 p.m. until a Tribute for her is given at 1:30 p.m. at the Unitarian Congregation of Niagara (233 Church St., St. Catharines) followed by interment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
