We are many things to many people. Sanjib Kumar Biswas was a wonderful older brother to my mother (Dada), and fantastic uncle (Boromamu) to me and my brother. He was a man who was larger than life with his great generosity, boundless kindness, vast wisdom, sharp wit, and immense tolerance. He was a captivating storyteller, recounting the many adventures of his extraordinary life. In our eyes, there was no problem he couldn’t solve or challenge he couldn’t navigate. He was also an eternal optimist, always finding the good in everyone and everything. We will miss his gentle and caring ways, and forever be thankful that we were blessed to know him.

Sanjib kr Biswas (Gandhi), my beloved 'DADA' was born in Dhanyakuria, West Bengal, India.He was the first child of Santosh Kr Biswas & Protiva Sundari Biswas. He was a man of immense humour & wisdom, cherishing every moment with his loved ones both in Canada & India. He was the pathfinder of my life. A limb has fallen from my family tree. I keep hearing his voice. Remembering the best times,the laughter, the guidance. Remembering all, how I truly blessed by you. "Your spirit lives within me,forever in my heart "."Forever remembered, forever missed ". So keep up your chin,until the day comes we're together again.

Sanjib was a class mate in Engineering and we spent many hours together studying in the library. I was married and he came to know our young children and we often went out together. I think the picture I posted was from a trip to park with my family.
I lost track of Sanjib when I went overseas but often have thought of our time together. He helped me get thru Engineering. He was a wonderful person always in good humour and happy. So sorry for the loss of a person who was an important part of my life and family in the early 70s. This was the only picture I have of him. Love Frank and Deborah
