Our dear Bob was a light for so many people and stood by them during difficult times. We have our families and we have our friends who are like family, and Bob was certainly that to me. There was a belief and a trust that if he ever needed help I would come and if I needed help he would be there too. There was never any questions or conditions, just "what can I do". His calm demeanor made for a good teacher to our many youth programs, Bob was with me from the very start back in 2009 and we always had a good time. He also helped me with several big projects including the Keefer Mansion in Thorold and our very own NPH Head Office, Community Resource and Training Centre in Welland. We plan to install a modest memorial to Bob there with some of his personal artifacts, photo and a plaque thanking him for all he has done. We will miss him and so many others for a brief time but will be together again in the next world. Will catch up then. See you on the other side amigo.
