MY name is Frank Morgan and frank was in Costa Rica with me in January. He stayed only week because the exchange rate for the Canadian Dollar was not good against the American Dollar. I told frank that I would pay the hotel bill if he stayed the additional two weeks and he could pay me back when the Canadian Dollar got stronger. He declined. The week we were together is never complained about any pain. We got along always and he help me be a better Texas hold'm player. We want to Costa Rica every year for about 15 years and he visited me at my place in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware a few times. We were going to go to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in November for two weeks using my timeshare. I will miss him always. We had fun and laugh a lot and had great times in Costa rica and my place here at the beach. My heart aches knowing that I will never see him again and hear his voice. I send my prayers best wishes to your family for your loss. He was a very good friend to me. May he rest in peace and the angels accompany him to a place of eternal glory.
