At the Bryan Adam's concert with surprise visit with Vern and Mary Fernandes. Mom loved music and saw many live shows with Dad during their early days in Toronto. She loved Jim Reeves/Englebert Humperdink/Kenny Rogers/Willie Nelson/Olivia Newton John to U2, the Cars, Cyndi Lauper, Michael Jackson and finally her beloved Tina Turner.

Our beloved dog Tyra who sadly passed on 21Feb22 at 17 yrs brought immense joy and comfort to our family especially Mum during the Covid lockdowns. We would have to do controlled visits where Tyra couldn't visit Mum directly like she normally could. It was an extremely difficult time for all families with loved ones in long-term care. We are grateful to Wesburn Manor for keeping the residents safe during a most stressful pandemic. We can never get those 2 yrs back sadly.
