May this candle shine bright and light the way for you and may your angels watch over you. Thinking of you often and feeling grateful to have shared memories together. You always had a smile on your face and a warm embrace to give. It has been a pleasure having you in my life and may you always find love and happiness wherever your journey may take you. You are loved by many and thought of often.

To Margaret's family - I am very sorry for your loss. Margaret and I were first cousins (my father and her mother were brother and sister). I had lost track of her for many years and just recently found her again thru facebook. We were to get together this summer for coffee - I am really sorry that will not happen. Sometimes we let things go too long. You have my sincerest sympathy.

Sorry to hear of Marg's passing and her battle with cancer. For some reason I remember her making homemade doughnuts when living at Elk Lake beside Aunt Ella's house. That was my first experience helping someone with that type of baking. Glad that she's home in heaven, now, and singing there. Barb Fischer (nee Tremain)

I only knew Margaret through Facebook. Although she was not on my Facebook friends (knew her through a mutual friend), or did I know her outside of Facebook, she made a difference in my life. I have Facebook friends that are just that. Some of those I first met on Facebook have become good friends outside of Facebook. There was something in the way Margaret wrote that was was special. There was no hiding that. There were a number of times we chatted and shared, via our mutual friend's page. My life is richer because of these chats. And she made a difference in my life as well, truly a person who loved The Lord. Prayers for those she left behind. And looking forward to the day we meet face to face at The Lords banquet table.

My heart-felt condolences to Margaret's family. I wanted to share with you my recent facebook post, hoping it will bring you comfort and a smile as you mourn her loss and celebrate her life. Here is my post which resonated with many of my friends who "met" Margaret through lively discussions, funny photos, and shared memories on my facebook page: if you ever question whether or not you have the power to make a difference in this world - especially online - please read this little story! I just found out one of my facebook friends, Margaret Honsberger Chester, has passed away. My heart is truly saddened by the loss and I will sincerely miss Margaret, even though I've never really met her in person. A little over 5 years ago, I was commenting on one of my friend's posts when suddenly I got a personal message from Margaret. She had noticed my name when I commented on her pastor's post and she wondered if I could possibly be related to any of the Romagnoli Family in Beamsville. We were both delighted to discover that we were "almost" related as my late Aunt Charlotte was Margaret's older sister. Through our contact, Margaret was able to find several of her great nieces and nephews on facebook and was so grateful to me for this simple little kindness that cost me mere seconds of my time. Over the last 5 years, Margaret has been a constant source of encouragement and cheer. She loved to see my family pictures, loved to send me little notes with poems and bible verses and really loved it when I could make her laugh. She chose to use her time on facebook to be a positive influence on others, a blessing and a true friend. I'm so sorry she is gone but thankful I got to "know" her on facebook. She will always be a reminder to me that no matter what stage we are at in life, we all have the power to help make this world a better place.

To all of Dear Great-Aunt Margaret's family-
May this Memorial Webpage designed in her memory bring you comfort as those she knew and loved begin to share in their memories, photos and condolences of her here.
I feel blessed that my vocation is what brought us together as we chatted about life and death and her very responsible views on the world and what was important to her. Just the other week, I received a sincere boost of encouragement from her as I underwent a surgical procedure. Her genuine nature brought me back to a place of peace in reflecting on the life and death of my own grandma, her sister Charlotte. Margaret helped me understand the woman she was from her own perspective and for this I will be forever grateful.
Rest peacefully and thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey home.
Nathan Romagnoli
