My deepest condolences to your family on your loss. John and I shared many laughs and hi-jinks in our youth. Ahhh, yes: Gordon Graydon in the sixties! Music class misbehaviours, band practice, . . . And many fine "after schools" and evenings in your basement at Liveoak Drive. The Beatles (at high volume!) in particular. When John and Gill came to St. John’s a few years ago, we climbed Signal Hill. John and Gill were planning on making a return journey to Newfoundland last fall. When I found out the reason why they cancelled, I was stunned. I’ll always regret not seeing this rock-solid couple on the Rock one last time.
